Frequently asked questions

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is prepared and packed to order, which takes 1–3 business days. After that, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days in the US, Canada and Australia, and 4–12 business days elsewhere. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Does shipping cost extra?

No. Shipping is complimentary on every order, and duties and taxes are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. We don't currently ship to the UK or the European Union. For deliveries outside the US, please add a phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Write to hello@studiochen.shop with your order number. After that, your piece is already being prepared and can’t be changed.

What are the pieces made of?

Each product page names the exact metal and stones: sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil, gold-plated sterling silver, or gold-plated stainless steel or brass, with moissanite, pearls or gemstones. Our pieces are handcrafted, with plating and stone setting done by machine for consistency, and gold-plated pieces carry an anti-tarnish coating.

What if my piece arrives damaged or isn’t right?

We’ll make it right. Write to hello@studiochen.shop within 4 business days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit, at no cost to you. If a parcel goes missing in transit, we’ll replace it.

Can I return a piece?

Because every piece is prepared to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. Pierced earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale pieces are final. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll always replace it.

Can I send a piece as a gift?

Every piece arrives in a STUDIOCHEN gift box, ready to give. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.

How do I find my ring size?

Most of our rings are adjustable, so there’s no size to choose. Rings that come in sizes show a size guide on the product page.

How can I reach you?

Write to hello@studiochen.shop, or use our contact form. We reply within 2 business days.

Be the first to see what’s new. Your first order comes with 10%, with our compliments
